About Amisha

The healthcare copywriter
who shows you
the evidence.

Five years writing compliant copy with Australian agencies. Client work is confidential, so I cannot name them. That is why everything ships with its evidence report.

  • AHPRA and TGA rules, cited flag by flag. No delivered work of mine has been flagged by a regulator to date.
  • Compliant doesn't mean boring. It means persuasive within the rules. I know the difference.
  • SEO + GEO + AEO built into every piece. Your content ranks on Google and gets cited by AI search.
  • Delhi based. You brief me at 5pm. You wake up to finished work. Simple maths.

My story

Five years on Australian accounts taught me the rules.

My training ground was agency side work on Australian accounts: healthcare brands under AHPRA, therapeutic goods under the TGA code. Industries where one wrong claim gets an ad pulled or a practice reported. I catch those before they go live.

That client work is confidential. So everything I sell under my own name ships with evidence instead. No delivered work of mine has been flagged by a regulator to date.

"AI made me faster. Compliance made me indispensable. The five years before both? That's what makes me dangerous."

The hard part is judgment. Which claim survives AHPRA scrutiny. Which testimonial crosses the line. Which keyword triggers a policy review. That comes from years of watching what works and what gets a cease-and-desist.

Every piece is written for Google and AI search, runs through GhostRank, the 226 check audit tool I built, and lands in your inbox already checked. Delhi is the practical bonus: brief me at 5pm, wake up to finished work.

The short version

You don't need
safer content. You need
content that's safe and sells.

Everybody's playing it safe. Almost nobody's converting. And the brands that are converting? Half of them are one compliance audit away from a very expensive problem.

I build the system that fixes both. Content that regulators approve, Google ranks, AI cites, and humans actually want to read. That's four things most agencies can't get to one.

The real question

Why hire me when
you could just use ChatGPT?

Fair question. Honestly, for some things you should. But here's what ChatGPT can't do for you:

01 / Compliance is my Tuesday.
AHPRA. TGA. Google's healthcare ad policy. I work inside these every day. Other writers google "can I say this?". I already know, and I cite the rule.
02 / Years of watching what ranks and what tanks.
I did not learn SEO from a course alone. I learned it agency side, watching real pages rank or tank. AI has the internet. I have the pattern recognition.
03 / Specialist skills. Without the Sydney invoice.
I'm based in Delhi. My overhead is a fraction of a Sydney strategist's. Prices are low because the engine does the mechanical work. I do the judgment.
04 / Your timezone's secret weapon.
You brief me at 5pm your time. I work while you sleep. You wake up to finished drafts. A night shift that doesn't need overtime pay.
05 / SEO + GEO + AEO. The ranking trifecta.
Google is table stakes. The real game is showing up when someone asks ChatGPT for a recommendation. Most compliance writers can't do SEO. Most SEO writers can't do compliance.
06 / I actually use AI. Like, properly.
Claude and ChatGPT are in my workflow every day. I use them for research, drafts and schema. Then I add what AI cannot: compliance judgment and conversion instinct.

FAQ

A few things people ask.

Solo. You brief me, I do the work, I deliver it. There is no account manager translating your brief to a junior you will never meet. For design or development, I bring in specialists I have worked with for years. The writing is always me.

Through agency side work on Australian accounts. I was handed healthcare clients under AHPRA and therapeutic goods brands under the TGA. I learned compliance by writing content that had to pass review before it went live. No delivered work of mine has been flagged by a regulator to date.

Usually, yes. I work solo and take on 2 website projects a month. Audits and sweeps fit around them. Send me a message on the contact page. If the timing does not work, I will say so and put you on the shortlist.

Most of my client work is under NDA, which is standard in regulated industries. You can see my thinking at The Brand Crush and Audaz Revista. Both are publications I built from scratch. On a call I can describe the problems I have solved, without naming clients.

Still here? Good.
Most people don't read this far.

Still reading? Then you probably need someone who knows your industry, knows what ranks, and won't write anything that makes your compliance officer twitch. I take on 2 website projects a month. If the timing works, let's talk.
